- Inclusive Design
Inclusive design looks for solutions that fit everyone. It makes places usable by everyone, regardless of age, ability and circumstance, and designing for the widest range of people creates better designs and benefits everyone.
Because it is inclusive so everyone can use them safely, easily and with dignity. Responsive taking account of what people say they need and want. Flexible so different people can use them in different ways. Convenient so everyone can use them without too much effort or separation.
- Text to Speech Tools
Before this, I used to use text to speech tools because they were really handy. I can push the text on my phone and have it read out aloud, so I’m not distracted while I’m driving. I could also rest my eyes by listening to it while I’m doing housework or taking a break. I think the text to speech tool is useful and common because it provides people today with a more convenient way to learn or read long text alternatives.
In addition, text to speech can also help children with dyslexia problems. Books and handouts in the classroom can pose a barrier to children with reading problems because some children have difficulty decoding and understanding the words in the books. Having children see and hear text at the same time as they read can improve word recognition, improve reading attention and the ability to remember information, and will also help children identify and fix errors in their own writing.
